We recognize that our youth and family are the key to the future of recreational fishing.
We advocate the involvement of the family in any recreational activity and strongly support ethical fishing practices, the strict observance of all laws and regulations related to the taking of fish and wildlife, and endorse catch and release fishing where and whenever appropriate.
Finally, illegal fishing and hunting activities damage the resources, reputation and future of our sport. We encourage everyone to report any illegal activity to their nearest Fish and Game Department or Natural Resources official.
