Sure I can! LOL
This recipe is Top Secret NoName, dont tell anyone! Take 2 cups of all purpose Flour, season Flour with 1 tabelspoon or more of both Cayenne Pepper and Paprika. salt to taste. 5 lbs. wings split into 2 pieces at the joint. I like the little wing tips so I always leave them on. shake wings in flour mixture and shake off access flour, put wings in the fridge for 1 hour and then shake them in flour again and again shake off the access flour. deep fry at 356 degrees for 16 - 18 minutes. drain on paper towels. while the last of the wings are cooking start simmering the sauce: 1 Large bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce, if you cant find Crystal use Franks Red Hot, if you cant find that dont make em! 1 stick of REAL BUTTER, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper and 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder. mix these into a sauce pan and heat on medium high until you just stat to see it boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and stir constantly for about 1 minute. remove from heat. put wings into a container and pour sauce on and shake em up until well coated. serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
