I ran into Kilo, H2O,and RC at SLP while I was looking for fishable water. We went to several spots and tried. We went to Swan Lake to wade and fished for awhile with no luck (Even though H2O saw flounder jumping:rolleyes:)
Then we went to Parker's Cut and got Skunked there too. On the way out we stopped and tried in the levee canal with no luck still. It was a good day to be out with friends. I think RC spent more time looking for brass than fishing after I saw a 270 casing and told him about it. Of course I had to hear about how high shells are nowadays. I think he needs to get a Musket and make balls out of wheel weights that he finds on the side of the road when he's can hunting LOL. Maybe the fishing will get better soon!
