The Devil Eye from Brown Lures is becomming a favorite very quickly. Been throwing this bait alot for the last 2 months and its a producer. The bait is pretty durable aswell. So far my favorite has been the bone/orange tail. Check out thier web site for a list of available colors. www.brownlures.com.
Can't wait to do some spring time wading with it at the pass and around the reefs in Chocolate. Gonna be a killer bait over there. Rig it just like a Bass Assassin.

Been fishing the devils and the soft tails from Mr. Brown and love all of em'! I need to get some "eyes" from Jason but see where the large eye has got to work.
Ap, are you seeing this bait working better over a particular structure? Grass, mud, sand or shell? Winter fishing is tough enough but what senerio do you personally use these baits? I understand conditions dictate but do you have a guideline?

Basically I will throw these bait anywhere I would normally throw soft plastic Bass Assassins. Right now the main stucture is mud around scattered shell. I have not waded with these baits in my spring time or summer pattern yet but I imagine they will be just as effective on the sand flats and oyster pads I wade in the warmer months. Only time will tell.
