What Happened?

I made it to the causeway at 5:00p.m., the water I saw was nothing like the water on the surf cam. Partner and I tried to fish the very small strip of semi-sandy green water left in the surf and got nothing but beat up. Went down to the pass and waded out there, caught 3 14" specks, 3 ladyfish, 2 croaker, and a very ugly sheephead. We were gonna stay the night and meet 2 others at day light but called that off and went home. Story of my life "Should have been here this morning".

Everyone is singing that tune. The wind changed directions and the surf went to he!! Sorry Fishboy, you can seek your revenge on them this weekend!! Good luck.

you have the same luck that i do. glad i didn't go this morning as planned. if it weren't for beer, fishing would really be tough some days.

southwest wind fish boy ,, thats what happened, the surf and sw wind is dirty water,, get the wind out of the se and its green, sw blows down the beach stirring up sand ,, se blows straight in to the beach bringing good water in full of fish

I also went out yesterday afternoon around Access road 5. I didn't catch any fish.
